A.Introduction
RGR-HY, comparing with RGR-H, is more convenient in the loading and unloading process. It is designed for marinating and tumbling the western sausage, ham, bacon, jerky, poultry and etc.
Option: with the cooling jacket.
1.Continuous vacuum function – Vacuum tumbling and Breath tumbling. The vacuum can be read from the vacuum gauge.
The Breath tumbling has the advantage to shorten the tumbling time and improve the efficiency.
The digital display vacuum gauge makes it simple to control the vacuum condition.
2.Speed can be changed from 3-12 rpm by the frequency transducer. (special:  1-4 rpm）
Possible to compose the best process to improve the efficiency.
Save the energy cost
Start stably to prevent impact and prolong the machine’ life.
Special speed for special products such as poultry and fish.
3.Perfect feeding and discharging
Hydraulic lift and reverse rotation to discharge.
Different devices will be applied for different products – suction cart or feeding devices.

4.Adopt PLC and Operator-friendly control panel.
The experienced and reliable control system fully concerns the easy operation, direct supervision and moisture rejection.
The cycle: obverse cycle – pause – reverse cycle – pause . . .
Personal tumbling mode. The process is composed by 6 processes, every process has 2 steps. Every step can set different time, speed, vacuum, and rotate direction for different process demand.
5.High sanitation standard design.
The whole machine is made of high quality SS SUS304.
The drum is polished carefully inside, no dead corner.
The complete drain at the discharge position.
6.Adopt water-sealed vacuum pump, vacuum filter, and high quality vacuum detector to ensure the vacuum reliability.
7.Adopt the V shape paddle or blade paddle in the drum for different products.
8.Special design at the reducer to reduce noise.
B.Option parts
1.Loading system
The special loading system can be use to load the meat, which cannot be sucked by the suction cart, into the tumbler.
2.suction cart
Volume 500L; Movable; Connected with tumbler by a suction pipe.
It is special designed for feeding the meat block or minced meat. It also fits for the feeding system.
